Charissa is someone I deal with in the office as we have personally met and she treated me very well at the time as a new customer. She emailed me with news that my internet package would be dropping in cost and then I called her on the next available business day. She is also my go-to person for any issues I have with my account, except for technical support.

Nigel figured out the issue instantly; he made it easy for me to create the password I want to use, and that made it easy for me to get into my account and change the payment information.
It's because of people like Nigel that I choose to stay with Nucleus as my Internet Service Provider.
I think there was a guy called Jeff that used to help me out a long time ago. I also appreciated his patient help; he and Nigel are obviously cut from the same cloth.

I am so thankful that you are there to help me, as a senior it is sometimes impossible for me to work out what the problems are and when I call your staff is always so attentive and helpful.
Thank goodness for your company, I am sure I would not get this kind of service from Shaw or Telus.
