John Shiells is a very customer-oriented person, and I am thoroughly impressed with his take-charge, "let's get you through all of this tech-speak" approach. I'm a techno nerd in general, but there were tech matters that were beyond my knowledge base. We were negotiating our way through some very time-sensitive hosting issues this past two weeks, and John made it happen for us quickly. Good work!
