The little guy wins for a change.

Blues DJ Eddy B Brake and his award winning radio programme "Eddy's Place" were bumped off the airwaves of CIUT radio on February 3rd, 1998 after 8 successful years of broadcasting. June 1st 1999 marked his triumphant return after successfully presenting his case to the CIUT board of directors. Then he was bumped off the radio again on October 1st, 1999. Eddy B was pushed far enough and launched a lawsuit against the University of Toronto, the CIUT board members, and the Student Association in order to clear his good name and damaged reputation. Well it only took him a little over five years but Eddy kicked their collective asses when the court decided all acusations about and aginst him were "UNFOUNDED". Eddy was chastised for being a stand up guy who only wanted things to be on the up and up. Let this be a warning to us all.
