Outreach
Committee
Mandate
The role of
the Outreach Committee is to reach out not just to members of the
congregation but also to the wider communities in need in a loving
and compassionate way.
Volunteer

At present we
have volunteers serving in different capacities feeding the homeless
citizens in Calgary through:
- Calgary

through Friday.
- Inn From
the Cold, we currently host four "Inns" per year at
St. Stephen's Anglican Church.
- Feeding
The Hungry at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Cathedral.
Open Cathedral
is another important part of Outreach as we welcome visitors to
come and tour our building each weekday from 11:30am - 1:30pm.
The Primates'
World Relief and Development Fund (PWRDF).
This is the
Canadian Anglican agency for development, relief, refugees, and
justice, with the support of Anglican parishes across Canada. PWDRF
makes financial and human resources available to support our partners'
initiatives at home and around the world. For more information visit
the PWDRF website at http://www.pwrdf.org.
Future projects:
- KAIROS -
