NUCLEUS BECOMES OPEN DEVELOPER FOR NORTEL NETWORKS BCM
Nucleus Information Service Inc. ("Nucleus") today announced that it has received approval from Nortel Networks for its Open Developer program.
This authorization allows Nucleus to produce cost effective enterprise software for the Nortel Networks Business Communications Manager line of products.
"Our expertise in web and client based applications will allow Nucleus to develop solid enterprise level tools for the business community", said Dave Berzins, President of Nucleus. Software and client based web applications will give Nucleus yet another way to diversify its already growing platform of products and services.
Nucleus plans to immediately start developing applications for its Call Centre, giving support representatives the ability to handle and support calls more effectively and with a higher level of service. "Allowing our customer service representatives the ability to manage their calls more efficiently is a high priority of the development team.", said Jim Hribnak, Manager of Communication Services of Nucleus "This will also allow us to market our services to the ever increasing volume of BCM systems in the marketplace worldwide.".
