We are currently seeking a Full Time Technical Support Specialist to work on our help desk. The successful candidate must be dependable, flexible, computer literate and have a pleasant telephone manner. Shifts may vary so flexibility is a definite asset.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls from business and residential clients for the support of high speed Internet and other related services.
- Repairing customer computers in an office environment.
- Working with a team to establish solutions for clients regarding their network setup and implementation.
- Working with clients via a variety of technological mediums such as phone, email and live chat.
- Following up with customers to ensure needs are met.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Self motivated, enthusiastic, confident, patient and persistent.
- Interest in the Internet, computers and networking.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent business, relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communicator, specifically excellent listening and logic skills.
- Able to clearly communicate with clients.
