Field Service Representative - Edmonton We are currently looking for a full-time Field Service Representative to work in our Edmonton office. The ideal candidate must be reliable, trustworthy, extremely patient, work well under pressure and have good customer relation skills. Network and telephone wiring experience would be a definite asset.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Wiring and setup of high speed internet connections on customer premises
Responding to incoming calls from business and residential clients for the support of high speed internet and other related services.
Working with a team to establish solutions for clients regarding their network setup and implementation.
Working with clients via a variety of technological mediums such as phone, email and live chat.
Following up with customers to ensure needs are met.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

Self motivated, enthusiastic, confident, patient and persistent.
Interest in the Internet, computers and networking.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
A valid Alberta driver's license, clean driving record and a vehicle is required
Excellent business, relationship and interpersonal skills.
Strong communicator, specifically excellent listening and logic skills.
Able to clearly communicate with clients.
